Remarried Empress Chapter 159 opens up with the maid running towards Soveishu to tell him about Rashta’s attempt to kill the little princess. Even though Rashta didn’t intend to harm her child, she still threw her away instinctively due to her imagination. Soveishu gets infuriated by hearing this, and rightfully so. Soveishu’s assistant immediately makes a run for the doctor.

Soon after the Maid’s arrival, Rashta also arrives at the scene. The guards try to hold her back and cover her as she’s still in her night suit, but she pushes them away and runs straight for Soveishu to tell him that she didn’t throw the child and that the maid is lying.

Soveishu controls his anger and orders Rashta to go away as she’s making too much noise, which could disturb the little princess. Rashta agrees to go away, but she makes one thing clear: the fact that she is the princess’s mother and not that lowly maid.

The Doctor arrives after a while and checks the Princess. The Maid still keeps holding the princess as she is concerned about her safety. Soveishu is still confused because he’s not sure if Rashta would hurt her child just because she hates the maid. The Doctor tells Soveishu that the Princess is not injured, and Soveishu finally takes a breath of relief after hearing this.

Soveishu thinks that Rashta could have enjoyed a luxurious life like the previous Empress if she just remained quiet, but now she has spelled her own demise. Soveishu inquires about some things with the maid, and then he assigns her to become the Princess’s nanny. The Maid feels extremely grateful to get such an opportunity.

Soveishu then thinks about what he should do with Rashta, as simply divorcing her won’t be a good enough punishment. Meanwhile, Rashta breaks all the things in her room to let out her anger, and she even starts attacking her father-in-law when he enters the room.

Rashta’s father-in-law stops Rashta after some struggle and tells her that her biological father has come to meet her. Rashta has pretended for so long that she has even forgotten the name of her biological father, so she immediately asks her father-in-law to sue that man.

Rashta’s father-in-law argues that he can’t fulfill her request because he has to urgently visit the parm. He further adds that he has found some leads regarding her daughter near the parm, and so he is going to spend every dime to investigate the leads. Of course, the search would be twice as expensive due to lack of evidence. He then leaves the palace after telling Rashta not to contact him for the time being.

Meanwhile, in the Kingdom of the West, Henry and Navier have decided to keep the news of Navier’s pregnancy a secret to avoid any hostile actions against them. The News was kept a secret for everyone except Makenna as he is the one who would help lighten Navier’s workload.

Makenna gets shocked at first after hearing this news, but he eventually accepts it as there’s nothing he can do except that. Henry says that he didn’t want to put too much pressure on Makenna, but this time, the situation calls for desperate measures.

Makenna also understands the situation, so he prepares himself to build the baby’s nest in secret. As everyone already knows, Navier has nearly zero experience regarding childbirth, and so she thinks that the child would be born as an egg after hearing Makenna’s words.
